Who we are

This website, arclabs.cc, is operated by Arc Labs Holdings Inc., 45 S Arroyo Pkwy, Pasadena, CA 91105. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].

This policy covers this website only. It does not cover Arc Labs products or systems we build for clients.

What this website records

This site has no accounts, no forms and no advertising. We operate our own request-analysis system on the websites we run, including this one. It runs on infrastructure we control. We use no third-party analytics service, advertising network, tracking pixel or session-replay tool, and we do not sell or share what it collects.

For each request it records:

• your IP address and the approximate location derived from it,
• your browser’s user agent,
• the page requested, the page that referred you, and the time.

We use this to:

• detect scanners, automated abuse and attacks against our sites,
• diagnose errors and measure performance,
• understand which pages are read and by what kinds of visitors, including associating a visitor with an organization where that is apparent from the request.

Across our own sites. The same system runs on other websites operated by Arc Labs and by companies under common ownership with it, so the same visitor may be recognized across those sites. It does not follow you onto websites we do not operate.

Retention. Request records are kept for 180 days and then deleted automatically.

Your choice. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (Sec-GPC) or Do Not Track signal, we record only that a request happened, its route, status and timing. No IP address, user agent or visitor identifier is stored.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare, which carries traffic to this site, may set short-lived security cookies used to tell people from automated traffic.

Service providers

• Cloudflare, for network delivery and security.
• Vercel, which hosts the website and keeps its own operational request logs.

Email

If you write to us, we keep the correspondence so we can reply and keep a record of it. We do not add you to any mailing list.

Your requests

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected]. We may keep the minimum needed to detect and investigate security incidents.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top of the page.
